Petition in support of a Penny an Ounce Excise Tax on Sugar Sweetened Beverages (SSBs)

We believe Vermonters would benefit from a penny-an-ounce excise tax on sugar sweetened beverages (SSBs) in order to fight obesity and reduce the serious medical problems associated with the over-consumption of refined sugar products.
